And I´m here to help change makers and soulful entrepreneurs in their quest of helping people achieve healthier, happier and more balanced lives.
If you are anything like me…
Helping real people is what gives you purpose.
You are driven and committed to make a positive impact.
You stand for creative thinking and outside the box solutions in the pursuit of helping others.
You want someone who will collaborate with you and is able to understand your vision.
After graduating in Marketing & Human Resources in Scotland, Ana went back to Madrid to pursued a career in branding, visual design and communication working for big brands.
Wanting to reconcile career with family responsibilities she decided to continue her path as a freelance professional where she helped to win international contests including the Arab State Broadcasting Union Official TV studio for the 2012 London Olympics.
The Spanish crisis motivated her to help her husband´s small international Dental Clinic in Madrid. She actively took part in all the decisions related to business development, patient management & care, branding and marketing.
In 2013 a British Entrepreneur living in California called Adrian, offered a dream opportunity which entailed to help him successfully create, develop, design and execute a comprehensive population health and wellness program for over 5 million members in partnership with the largest health insurer in Spain.
Ana continues to help the family clinic to grow and offers continuous support to Adrian, currently the founder of engage healthy.
Her desire to help more purposeful entrepreneurs is what motivated her to launch Asistup in 2017.
1) Strategic mind, creative heart and human soul
I´m driven to add value to real people through creativity.
I believe that my upbringing is what has highly influenced my nature. My father is a Spanish business entrepreneur and my mother a Scottish expat in Madrid who had great sensitivity for music and compassion towards human suffering.
2) A visual thinker
As a kid, I was a day dreamer with a big imagination and would often let my mind drift away during adult monologues and teacher explanations.
I soon learned the skill to visualize what I was hearing, associate words with concepts as well as develop a passion for making my notes clean, well organized and visually attractive to help me study.
3) Finding a healthier and more balanced life
Many circumstances have highly motivated me in my pursuit for a more balanced, healthier and more meaningful life including:
Being a mum and full-time step-mum wanting to reconcile having a career with family and personal time.
Living the stressful experience of working within a highly complex corporate environment coinciding with my mother´s fatal stroke. A life changing moment which has made me even more determined to take better care of what matters to me.
