Entrepreneur Dr. Ian opened the first English speaking dental clinic in Madrid in 1993. Today the clinic is a reference for the most advanced dental cases and for delivering first-class patient service.

 

However, the Spanish recession brought a massive increase in chains and franchises competing aggressively in price and at street level.

Big competitors are pushing smaller businesses out. There is a dental clinic on each street corner! We offer excellent high-quality service, expertise, innovative technology and first-class dental materials. We don’t want to get into this war of prizes because it would compromise the quality of the experience offered to our patients. Taking good care of our patients is what matters most to us.

This led the Clinic to take its business and brand experience to the next level.

Dr. Ian opened the clinic with basic brand visual identity elements to get the business started and going.
